The ESP32-2432S028R, universally nicknamed the 'Cheap Yellow Display' (CYD), is an all-in-one development board that combines an ESP32 microcontroller with a 2.8 inch 240x320 ILI9341 color TFT, a resistive touch panel and a microSD slot on a single yellow PCB. Because everything is pre-wired, it removes the fiddly job of connecting a separate display, touch controller and MCU.

With the ESP32 onboard you get 2.4GHz WiFi and Bluetooth, plenty of flash and RAM, and USB for programming, so it is ready to build touch HMIs, IoT dashboards and standalone gadgets straight out of the box.
